Who we are
We are a team with a passion for Italian food. We work with small producers who have spent generations perfecting their craft — dairies in Puglia, in Campania, in the Po valley — and from each one we take what they do best.
We are not building a catalogue, we are choosing products. That is why behind every reference there is a house with a name, a method and a wait that cannot be shortened.

Our awards
We are proud that our Burrata has been given the “Sabor del Año” award six years running, and that our Mascarpone has won it too.
