Content pending review

The same Fior di Latte, in pearls. Soft, juicy, one bite each, ready to scatter over a salad or spear on a cocktail stick with nothing to cut.

Freshness in a small format

It is the mozzarella of always, sorted into portions: the same fresh cow’s milk, the same pasta filata worked by hand, the same delicate flavour. All that changes is that they arrive the size you eat them.

True to the southern recipe

They are made with fresh cow’s milk and the traditional pasta filata method, just like the large version. The mini format was born for modern kitchens, where more often than not you do not need to cut, you need to share out.

What makes them special

  • Ready to serve: from the tub to the plate, no knife.
  • Soft, juicy flavour: the same as the classic Fior di Latte, in miniature.
  • Only milk, salt, coagulant and ferments: no additives, no preservatives.

On our Instagram we post recipes and ideas for making the most of them.

How to enjoy it

  • Suggested pairing: fresh whites such as a Soave or a Vermentino, or even a light beer.
  • Fresh salads: add them straight to salads of cherry tomatoes, rocket, olives and basil.
  • As an aperitif or tapa: with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and oregano.
  • On cheese boards and antipasti: with cured meats, rustic bread and fresh fruit.
  • Hot or cold: in bowls, on focaccia, on pizza or on skewers.
